After my second college trip to Knoxville I have solidified my opinion of Tennessee fans. They love the middle finger. I find this somewhat ironic because I made the trip with a broken middle finger from a less than friendly game of intramural football. As we approached Tennessee's campus, our anticipation for the day built. We passed a skate park with cute kids ripping up the pavement and were all gazing happily out the window. This happiness quickly faded. We all waved to one of the kids and once he saw our Gator gear, he promptly gave us "the finger." We should have turned back then. The abuse continued throughout the day and the only saving grace was that the Gators smashed the Vols with a score of 30 to 6. I can confidently say that this will be my last trip to Knoxville as a Gator fan and will stick to wearing orange if I decide to brave Vol Country again.
Note: I found one Tennessee fan that was nice. He let us eat his Doritos and so I put him in the video. More
